Welcome to Harbor Dental Society, a component of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association.

"The mission of harbor dental society is to promote excellence in dentistry, serve its members, and assist the dental community in its responsibility to the public."

The Society, which was founded on October 6, 1915 by a small study club of ten dentists in the city of Long Beach, has grown to include over 700 dentists in 28 cities in the Los Angeles Harbor area, including: Artesia, Avalon, Bellflower, Carson, Cerritos, Compton, Gardena, Harbor City, Hawaiian Gardens, La Mirada, Lakewood, Long Beach, Lomita, Los Alamitos, Norwalk, Paramount, Rancho Dominquez, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rossmoor, San Pedro, Santa Fe Springs, Seal Beach, Signal Hill, Surfside, Torrance, Whittier, and Wilmington.

The Children's Dental Health Clinic is an independant non-profit 501C (3) organization whose mission is: To deliver oral health education and comprehensive treatment for economically disadvantaged children, including those with complex medical considerations, while also providing premier training in pediatric and mult-specialty dentistry.
