The Harbor Dental Society Mentorship Program connects dentists at different stages of their careers to share knowledge, exchange perspectives, and support one another's professional growth.

Whether you're an experienced dentist looking to give back or a dentist seeking guidance as you navigate your career, mentorship offers an opportunity to build meaningful professional relationships.

The program is FREE for all members.

How Does the Program Work?

1. Submit Your Application

Complete the mentor or mentee application and share your professional interests, areas of expertise, or topics you'd like guidance on.

2. Get Matched

Harbor Dental Society reviews applications and works to connect mentors and mentees based on their interests, experience, and professional goals.

3. Connect & Collaborate

Once matched, mentors and mentees coordinate their own meetings and communication. Whether you prefer structured discussions or informal conversations, the experience is designed to fit your schedules and goals.

4. Grow Together

The mentorship commitment is six months, providing time to build a meaningful professional relationship, share experiences, and learn from one another.
